Applicants should have a well-rounded background in software troubleshooting with Sensus platform, people management, communication, and customer service. The position will be primarily responsible for the management of our technical support team and responsibility in project standup and training.

Responsibilities

  • Continuous analysis and improvement of software and support quality processes internally
  • Lead, develop, and mentor technical support team members
  • Partner with sales teams and project management to enable productive communication channels
  • Actively participate in all phases of technology projects in support of our business and customers
  • Manage QA project execution to ensure adherence to schedule and scope and dynamically respond to changes
  • Collaborate with developers and project management to achieve project goals
  • Monitor and guide all QA activities
  • Work with other IT management team leaders to develop and report metrics, which demonstrate the value we provide to our business
  • Interact with leadership, and sales, and project management teams.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of software quality concepts and methodologies required
  • Experience in developing and managing software quality assurance processes required
  • People management experience required
  • Ability to effectively communicate within the technical support team, our business operations, and leadership
  • Knowledge of Sensus software platforms required
  • Microsoft O365 suite proficiency required
  • Strong background in customer service and leading a team responsible for daily customer interactions

Actual pay rate may vary depending upon location. The estimated pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on a candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
