Are you a tech-savvy problem solver who wants to see how a global company’s IT department actually functions? We are looking for an IT Operations & Business Technology Intern. This role is perfect for a generalist who wants exposure to IT project management, hardware/software lifecycle, and the operational "engine" that supports thousands of global employees.
Key Projects & Responsibilities
- IT Lifecycle Management: Assist our teams in the deployment and management of hardware and software assets across our global offices.
- Operational QA & Support: Work alongside our help desk and M365 teams to troubleshoot software issues and ensure our global staff remains productive.
- Process Automation: Identify "friction points" in how we handle IT requests and help build automated workflows to speed up resolution times.
- Cross-Functional Projects: Partner with Technical Project Managers to track milestones on key infrastructure upgrades and migrations.
- User Training & Experience: Help create user-facing guides and documentation that make it easier for our employees to navigate arrivia’s technical tools.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related field.
- The "Stay Curious" Mindset: A proactive self-starter who looks at a manual process and asks, "How can we automate this?".
- Customer-First Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills; you can translate technical jargon into simple instructions.
- Organizational Excellence: The ability to manage multiple small projects and tasks in a fast-paced, global environment.
- AI Awareness: Eagerness to use AI tools to improve personal productivity and document operational workflows.
