Information Technology Intern - Infrastructure

Symplicity Brasil is looking for Technology Interns to join our team and help us continue offering our end-to-end solutions.

With close collaboration with the US team, this professional will be part of our English development program with the team, conducted by a full-time teacher.

What is required to join our team?

• Students from the courses of Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, Information Technology Management, or related areas;
• Personal competencies: self-management, responsibility, friendliness, proactivity, creativity, and ease of learning;
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written;
• Good communication in English for contact with the international team (will be assessed);
• Willingness to go to the office when necessary in Savassi, Belo Horizonte.

• Knowledge in Infrastructure: Linux, Cloud, DevOps, MySQL.

What will your daily tasks be?

• Assisting the Development team in producing and maintaining our solutions to keep them fully functional.
• Supporting the testing and software implementation phases, helping with the creation of scenarios and applying functional tests.
• Bug resolution.
• You will have daily contact with the US team, where you will further develop your technical knowledge in English, so a good level of English for conversation is required.
• Responding to tickets – verbally or in writing – aiming for excellent service and resolution of demands.
