Recruitment Stages:
1. Initial Interview with a Talent Acquisition Partner | March
Connect with our recruiter for an introductory conversation. Learn more about the ITDP program and share your career aspirations, skills, and motivation for applying.
2. Assessment Center | April
Engage in interactive in-person exercises designed to assess your technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and cultural fit. You’ll have the opportunity to showcase your potential and meet IT leaders.
3. Executive Interview | April
If selected, you’ll have a final interview with senior IT leaders and HR. This is your chance to discuss your career goals, leadership potential, and how you can contribute to our organization.
4. Offer & Decision | May
We’ll inform you of the final decision and provide feedback. If you’re selected, congratulations!

Job Description

What We Offer:

• A full-time, two-year technology leadership development program where members work alongside experts around the world.  

• Three, eight-month rotational assignments within the IT organization providing the candidate with an opportunity to experience complex real-world projects across IT domains, especially: AI & Advanced Analytics, Data Science and more.

Who You Are:

We’re looking for recent graduates or soon-to-be graduates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or related STEM fields, who are:

• Curious, proactive, and up-to-date with the latest trends in IT, data, and software engineering.

• Strong problem-solvers with analytical skills and a creative mindset.
