What You'll Do:

Your mission as IT Coordinator is to ensure the smooth operation of all technology systems in the Austin office. You will provide efficient support to staff, manage local IT resources, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain the office's IT infrastructure
Here's a closer look at this key role:
- Technical Onboarding: Manage new employee onboarding, including device setup, imaging, and conducting orientation sessions on company systems and tools.
- First-Line IT Support: Be the primary contact for troubleshooting and resolving office hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
- System Monitoring & Maintenance: Ensure all IT systems including networks, servers, and devices are running optimally by performing regular maintenance, updates, and backups.
- Inventory Management: Oversee IT equipment inventory, manage procurement, deployment, and configuration of hardware and software.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work with other IT team members and departments to provide seamless support and escalate issues as needed.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of IT assets, resolved issues, system changes, and ongoing projects. Prepare reports and track support tickets.
- Meeting & AV Support: Manage technology and AV setups for meetings, conferences, and large company-wide events.
- Training & Knowledge Sharing: Provide informal training to employees on company technology and document new processes for easy access.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure IT operations follow company policies and security protocols, including managing access through systems like Okta.
- Emergency Support: Be available for on-call support during emergencies, minimizing office downtime.
- System Audits & Reviews: Conduct regular audits of systems and employee access, providing reports and recommendations.
- Support Office Expansions: Assist with IT setup for new office expansions, ensuring smooth integration into existing systems.
- 0-3 years in entry-level IT or related roles.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience with macOS provisioning, management, and security.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Experience in inventory management and training new hires.
- Familiarity with Zoom webinars/rooms, JAMF Pro, and Okta (preferred)
Due to the specific job responsibilities of our Information Technology team, this role requires more frequent days in the office.

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. LogicMonitor employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval. The Base Salary range for this role is:
$53,445-$68,000 USD
