Information Systems Testing Specialist (TES) - Hybrid

ACT Digital Group is a multinational digital transformation consultancy known for its expertise in accelerating the digital transformation of global leaders in various industries. They operate globally with offices in multiple countries, including Brazil, the United States, Canada, France, Portugal, and Serbia.

Important Notes:

1. CVs must be presented in Europass format and in English.
2. The CVs should clearly highlight the candidate's experience and the technologies used.
3. The interviews are face to face in Brussels, on the client’s offices.
4. The client requires the consultants to go onsite 3 days a week (Mondays and Thursdays are mandatory in the office). Please note that remote work from abroad is not permitted.
5. All consultants need to live/relocate to Belgium.
6. Please note that all consultants are required to obtain a Personal Security Clearance (EU secret) therefore we can accept only EU candidates. Before starting the assignment, they will need to proof the initiation of the procedure.
7. Please note that certifications are mandatory (at least one of the listed below).
8. The consultants needs to have at least 11 years of professional experience.

Nature of the main tasks:
•    Expertise in the area of definition of test plans and test cases
•    Advance proficiency in the construction of test scenarios and scripts
•    Tests coordination and execution of complex projects
•    Reporting of test results
•    Writing and maintaining application code to answer test scripting requirements
•    Assist with deployment and configuration of the testing tools

Knowledge and competences:
•    Advance knowledge in testing technologies and tools (Selenium / SoapUI / NeoLoad)
•    Automating testing tools (Selenium / Katalon / Robot Framework / Cucumber / RFT)
•    Proficient skills for preparing and writing reports
•    Advance knowledge of development environments (IntelliJ IDEA / Visual Studio / Eclipse / NetBeans)
•    Rational Database Management Systems (MySQL / SQL Server / Oracle / PostgreSQL / MariaDB / SQLite / IBM Db2)
•    Knowledge of a Test Management Tool (Zephyr / TestLink / Jira / TestRail)
•    Knowledge of a Defect Tracking tool (Bugzilla / Jira / Asana / ClickUp / Redmine)
•    Experience in the test data preparation, preferably with SQL databases
•    All consultants will need to have a base with DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines. Please mention it explicitly on the CVs (mandatory requirement).
•    Excellent ability to communicate verbally and in writing

• Education Level:
  A secondary school diploma (12 years of education) and relevant certifications are required for all technical profiles.
  • Please note: One year of relevant study is considered equivalent to one year of professional experience. A period of time can count only once (either as studies or as professional experience).
• Language Skills: English at C1 level minimum.
