IT Intern – Wakefield, MA (Onsite Only)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems
- Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support
- Organize and maintain IT resources
- Contribute to automation efforts by working with tools such as PowerShell, Microsoft Logic Apps, Microsoft Power Automate, Python, and APIs
- Assist in identifying manual processes and developing scripts or workflows to improve efficiency
- Lend IT support in areas such as cybersecurity, programming, analytics, and data center management
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems
- Familiarity with scripting or programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML/DHTML, or Python
- Interest in or experience with automation tools and concepts (PowerShell, Logic Apps, Power Automate, APIs)
- Familiarity with Atlassian products such as Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management
- Exposure to or experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong work ethic and keen attention to detail
