The Role

Job Description
We are seeking an Information Security Analyst II to join our team in the area of identity governance. This position will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining identity governance solutions to safeguard sensitive data, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and appropriateness of user access rights through regular reviews and assessments.
What you'll do:

  • Collaborates with organizational teams to design, develop, and integrate identity best practices into the broader security infrastructure.
  • Develop and execute a robust identity governance strategy aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.
  • Conduct comprehensive and systematic user access reviews to evaluate the appropriateness of access privileges, identify discrepancies, and implement necessary corrective actions.
  • Conduct proactive risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities in identity and access management processes and recommend effective mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations by enforcing appropriate access controls and maintaining comprehensive audit trails.
  • Oversee the complete identity lifecycle, including onboarding, role changes, and offboarding processes, to ensure accurate and timely access provisioning and de-provisioning.
  • Collaborate with the security operations team to investigate and respond to security incidents related to identity and access management, including unauthorized access and data breaches.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of identity governance operations.
  • Evaluate and manage relationships with identity governance vendors, ensuring that solutions meet the organization's requirements and standards.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of identity governance processes, policies, and procedures, and generate regular reports for management and audit purposes.
  • Participates in the development and enforcement of access supervision policies and standard access rights that adhere to least privilege principle.
  • Maintains expertise and knowledge of current industry trends in identity technology and risk standards to improve the security posture across the enterprise and its business units.
  • All other duties as assigned.


Qualifications
What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 10 years of experience in identity and access management, with a focus on identity governance.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and industry standards related to identity and access management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex security issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are preferred.

Salary Range: $75,000 to $90,000 annually + bonus + benefits. This information represents the expected salary range for this role. Should we decide to make an offer for employment, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
