We’re looking for an experienced Information Manager to lead document control and information governance across complex projects. You’ll ensure information is accurate, compliant and effectively managed across all stakeholders and systems. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage document lifecycle (creation, approval, distribution, archiving)
- Maintain document registers, transmittals and revision control
- Administer CDE platforms (e.g. Aconex, Ansarada) including workflows and permissions
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and audit requirements
- Act as the central point for information flow across project teams
- Identify and resolve information gaps, improving processes and systems
- Drive adoption of tools, standards and best practices
About You:
You are a detail-oriented professional with strong accountability for data integrity and compliance. You are also highly collaborative, with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively across teams to achieve aligned outcomes. To this role, you will also bring:
- Experience in document control/information management in complex projects (construction, infrastructure or property)
- Strong understanding of CDE and document lifecycle management platforms, ideally Aconex, Ansarada & RIB CX
- Knowledge of ISO 19650 and information governance frameworks
- Ability to manage data quality, workflows and stakeholder coordination
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience (Information Management, BIM, Records Management)

Skills Required
- Experience in document control/information management on complex construction, infrastructure or property projects
- Strong understanding of Common Data Environment (CDE) and document lifecycle management
- Experience administering CDE platforms including workflows and permissions
- Familiarity with Aconex, Ansarada and RIB CX
- Knowledge of ISO 19650 and information governance frameworks
- Ability to manage data quality, workflows and stakeholder coordination
- Strong stakeholder management and collaborative communication skills
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience (Information Management, BIM, Records Management)
