Essential Responsibilities
1. People Leadership & Organizational Development:
- Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team of managers, specialists, and architects across four domains.
- Build a high‑performing organization with clear roles, expectations, and career pathways.
- Establish operating rhythms, KPIs, and performance metrics for each sub‑team.

2. Project Information Management (PIM) – Nuclear New‑Build Execution:
- Lead the PIM team responsible for information management across large, complex nuclear construction projects.
- Define and enforce project information standards, metadata requirements, document control workflows, and digital handover expectations.
- Ensure alignment with EPC partners, suppliers, and internal engineering teams on information exchange protocols.
- Oversee project information readiness, configuration control, and traceability across the digital thread.
- Drive consistency in PIM practices and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.
3. Building Information Management (BIM) & Reference Data Stewardship:
- Own and maintain enterprise reference data, classification systems, and controlled vocabularies.
- Govern BIM standards, model structure, and integration requirements to ensure interoperability across design platforms.
- Manage the interface between BIM environments, PLM, and downstream construction/field systems.
- Ensure BIM and reference data support accurate quantity takeoffs, model‑based coordination, and digital construction workflows.
4. Data Governance – Product & Business Digital Thread:
- Establish and lead data governance frameworks, policies, and stewardship roles across product and business domains.
- Define data ownership, quality rules, lineage, and lifecycle management for critical data objects.
- Partner with engineering, IT, quality, and business leaders to ensure data is accurate, accessible, secure, and compliant.
- Implement governance processes that support analytics, reporting, regulatory submissions, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Oversee data quality monitoring, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
5. Enterprise Data Architecture – Product Structure & Tool Integration:
- Lead the architecture of product structures, configuration models, and reference data across PLM, BIM, ERP, and related systems.
- Define and maintain the enterprise data model supporting the digital thread for nuclear products and projects.
- Partner with tool owners to ensure consistent data structures and integration patterns.
- Guide the evolution of data architecture to support modular design, configuration management, and digital engineering workflows.
- Ensure alignment with cybersecurity, IT architecture, and enterprise integration strategies.
Cross‑Functional Leadership Responsibilities:
- Serve as the enterprise leader for information and data governance strategy on major nuclear programs.
- Drive adoption of standards and processes across engineering, construction, supply chain, and partner organizations.
- Represent the function in audits, regulatory interactions, and executive reviews.
- Collaborate with digital strategy, systems engineering, and IT to advance the nuclear digital thread.
- Champion the use of automation and AI to improve information workflows and data quality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering roles

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $131 700,00 and $219 300,00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
