Everforth ECS is seeking an Information & Knowledge Manager to work in the National Capital Region covering the Pentagon, Falls Church, and Fairfax. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.
The War Data Platform (WDP) is a key initiative within the U.S. Department of War's (DoW) AI-First strategy introduced in early 2026. The WDP separates business and financial data from operational warfighting data, aiming to accelerate the deployment of artificial intelligence (AI) on the battlefield. The WDP extends to Unclassified, Secret, and Top Secret environments, and supports collaboration between Combatant Commands, Joint Staff directorates, Senior Executive Service leaders, and operational analysts.
• The Information & Knowledge Manager supports the day-to-day operation and maintenance of WDP Core Integration's enterprise knowledge management and customer relationship tracking functions across all classification tiers. This role works in close coordination with senior information management staff and cross-functional program teams to organize stakeholder data, maintain structured repositories, and produce communications and analytical products that strengthen WDP's mission alignment and user relationships.
• Supports operation and maintenance of an automated customer relationship knowledge system for War Data Platform (WDP) Core Integration activities across Unclassified and NIPR, Secret and SIPR, and Top Secret and JWICS environments.
• Maintains structured repositories and workflow tracking within platforms such as SharePoint, Confluence, ServiceNow, and analytics dashboards to organize WDP Core Integration user groups, service interactions, engagement records, and usage trends.
• Assists with development and upkeep of relational data repositories capturing mission use cases, operational feedback, and capability requests from Combatant Commands, Joint Staff elements, Senior Executive Service leadership, interagency organizations, and coalition partners.
• Tracks stakeholder engagement activities including outreach frequency, response patterns, and user feedback indicators to support improvements to WDP Core Integration services and mission alignment.
• Supports preparation of communications materials such as technical briefs, digital guides, notifications, and informational content to increase awareness of WDP Core Integration capabilities across security domains.
• Collects and organizes user feedback through forms, surveys, and service request workflows, documenting operational issues and enhancement proposals for review through program governance processes.
• Coordinates with information management personnel across security domains to capture customer concerns, consolidate inputs, and document operational requirements supporting service improvements.
• Produces engagement summaries, knowledge artifacts, and analytical reports that improve visibility into user needs, support informed program decisions, and strengthen relationships with WDP Core Integration stakeholders.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Current Secret security clearance.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in knowledge management, information management, program support, or a closely related discipline within a federal, defense, or government contracting environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency maintaining enterprise knowledge management and collaboration platforms, including SharePoint, Confluence, or ServiceNow, with experience organizing structured content repositories, workflow tracking systems, and stakeholder engagement records.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a proven ability to weigh the relative costs and benefits of potential actions and identify the most appropriate solution.
• Highly developed interpersonal and oral/written communication skills, with the ability to effectively and professionally interact with a diverse set of stakeholders (from peers to end-users to executive management).
Skills Required
