このポジションについてInformation Developerとして、PlayStation製品に関する取扱説明コンテンツの企画・制作を担当していただきます。
単なるライティングに留まらず、情報設計、コンテンツ構造設計、レビュー、品質管理、リリースまで一連のプロセスをリードし、世界中のユーザーへ高品質な情報体験を届ける重要な役割を担います。
また、日本・米国・英国のグローバルチームと協働しながら、PlayStationビジネスを支えるコンテンツ基盤の品質向上や制作プロセスの改善にも取り組んでいただきます。
主な業務内容- PlayStation製品に関する取扱説明書、ユーザーガイドなどの企画・制作
- 英語コンテンツの日本語ローカライズおよびトランスクリエーション
- 担当領域におけるコンテンツの企画、制作、レビュー、リリースまでのプロジェクト推進
- DITA XMLおよびOxygenを用いたStructured Authoringによるコンテンツ制作
- 再利用性・拡張性を考慮した情報設計およびコンテンツ構造の設計
- 設計・開発・品質保証・サポートなど関連部門とのレビュー調整および品質担保
- 日本・米国・英国のグローバルチームとの協業
- Gitを活用したコンテンツ管理およびバージョン管理
- 用語集、スタイルガイド、ドキュメント標準に基づく品質管理
- 制作プロセスやコンテンツ品質の継続的な改善・標準化の推進
