About the Role
We are seeking an accurate, detail-oriented Information Centre Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be key to keeping our business operations running smoothly by maintaining the integrity and timeliness of our databases.
You’ll operate data entry systems to process, input, and verify a wide variety of standard coded and uncoded customer business and statistical source data. - Data Processing & Entry: Accurately input standard coded and uncoded customer business, financial, or statistical data into computerized systems.
- Verification & Quality Control: Review source documents to verify data accuracy, identify inconsistencies, and correct errors prior to final processing.
- Database Maintenance: Update, retrieve, and organize records following established company procedures and workflows.
- Standardization: Ensure all data inputs comply with internal guidelines, security protocols, and operational formatting standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and team members to ensure daily processing targets and quality standards are consistently met.
