Duties & Responsibilities
- Collects business requirements and develops functional specifications.
- Analyzes, installs, acquires, modifies and supports business applications.
- Follows established requirement gathering process to identify requirements.
- Configures or re-engineers processes, business applications or software to meet business needs, oversees implementation, and may provide post-implementation end-user support and maintenance.
- Contributes to the testing and evaluation of business applications or architecture used throughout the IT solution set.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Essential
- Technical expertise in Epicor Kinetic, ECM and/or IDC products.
- Advanced relational database skills.
- Advanced SQL scripting skills.
- Requires server administration skills.
- Good at communicating (written and verbal) with Business users, other technical teams and management.
- Experience in writing functional and regression tests.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to complete tasks on deadlines.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Desirable
- Basic programming skills (C#, PowerShell, Python).
- Ability to customize Kinetic – UIs, BPMs, Functions, Breaking/Routing.
- Experience with REST APIs.
- Use of Epicor Administration Console.
- Knowledge/experience of SFDC, Epicor Quick Ship, BarTender.
Qualifications
- 3+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
- High school diploma .
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
