About the Team

OpenAI’s LATAM Marketing team helps people understand how AI can benefit their lives and put that value into practice. We connect global product innovation with local consumer needs, culture and behavior across Brazil and Spanish-speaking Latin America, contributing to OpenAI’s mission of ensuring that artificial general intelligence benefits all of humanity.

We bring together strategy and creativity across integrated campaigns, product launches, creators, social, partnerships and cultural experiences. Working with global and local cross-functional teams, we make AI’s everyday usefulness tangible and relevant to people across the region.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Influencer Program Lead to own influencer marketing across Brazil and Spanish Speaking LATAM, from strategy and creator selection through briefing, delivery and measurement. The role also owns the marketing side of partnerships, connecting partner audiences and channels with clear product value and locally relevant campaigns.

You will turn consumer insight and product understanding into creator programs and partnership activations that help people discover useful applications of ChatGPT, build confidence in new capabilities and use them more often. You should be as comfortable shaping a brief and reviewing content as coordinating creators, agencies, partners and global teams. This role is based in Brazil; São Paulo, hybrid model.

In this role, you will:

  • Own the influencer strategy and program calendar for Brazil and Spanish Speaking LATAM, using audience insight to define objectives, creator roles and a sustainable mix of always-on education and campaign activity.

  • Select, brief and manage creators and agencies based on audience fit, credibility, content quality and cultural relevance; build relationships that support consistent, useful storytelling.

  • Translate product features and AI capabilities into clear creator briefs, demonstrations and content, with accurate expectations about product behavior and limitations.

  • Turn product launches and cultural moments into creator-led campaigns, coordinating content distribution and reuse with owned social, Growth and integrated marketing teams.

  • Support professional-use creator education, aligning with B2B marketing on use cases, audience needs and learning objectives.

  • Lead creator operations, including scopes, budgets, timelines, content review, usage rights and delivery tracking, in partnership with the relevant internal teams.

  • Own partnership marketing plans: connect partner audience insights with product use cases, shape co-marketing narratives and briefs, and coordinate creative assets, channel activation and launch readiness.

  • Partner with Partnerships, Product Marketing, Growth, Brand, Creative, Production, Comms and Legal to align objectives, messaging, approvals and delivery across creator and partnership programs.

  • Define success and learning plans before launch, using relevant brand and behavioral metrics and experimentation where feasible; use results to improve creator selection, content and resource allocation.

What you bring

  • Proven experience leading marketing programs from strategy through hands-on execution, with knowledge of creator ecosystems in LATAM.

  • Deep local market knowledge and an insight-first approach, with sound judgment on creator fit, content quality and cultural relevance.

  • Strong product storytelling skills and genuine product curiosity. You explore AI tools yourself and can turn complex capabilities into useful, credible consumer stories.

  • Experience managing the marketing side of partnerships, including audience-specific messaging, co-marketing plans, creative development and cross-functional delivery.

  • A clear record of personal ownership: you can shape strategy, produce high-quality briefs, manage creators, agencies, budgets and delivery, and make progress with incomplete inputs and limited resources.

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, with the ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across local, regional and global teams.
