Build low-level device runtime software for OpenAI custom AI accelerators. Responsibilities include kernel scheduling, command submission, queueing, device memory management, synchronization, hardware-software interfaces, simulation-based validation, performance tuning, debugging, testing, tracing, and profiling. Collaborate with compiler, kernel, architecture, verification, firmware, and silicon teams to improve accelerator execution and co-design.

Develop software bringup and validation strategies for new AI silicon and integrated systems. Build diagnostics, automation, telemetry, regression infrastructure, and stress tests across compute, memory, interconnect, and I/O subsystems. Lead first-silicon bringup through system integration and model execution, translate specifications into acceptance criteria, debug hardware-software issues, coordinate cross-functional fixes, and improve reusable infrastructure for future platforms.

Develop integrated marketing strategies and campaigns for developers, founders, startups, and engineering teams. Partner with product, marketing, developer relations, creative, media, and agency teams on launches, events, community programs, and startup initiatives. Manage agencies, budgets, media planning, creative development, positioning, storytelling, and channel strategy. Identify customer stories, measure awareness and adoption outcomes, and use campaign insights to improve future work.

Lead government customer enablement and adoption of OpenAI products through onboarding, training, workshops, executive briefings, learning journeys, and deployment programs. Build trusted relationships across government audiences, translate AI capabilities into safe and practical workflows, and drive measurable activation, sustained usage, and mission impact. Develop scalable content, playbooks, communities, and best practices while synthesizing customer feedback and partnering with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and delivery teams.

Lead risk-based audits and advisory reviews of cybersecurity, technology, data, and AI risks; assess controls across cloud, infrastructure, software, and data; develop analytics, automation, and AI-enabled audit capabilities; translate technical findings into business recommendations; advise on governance, model governance, data provenance, privacy, and resilience; build relationships and report to executives and the Board; coach and scale the audit function.

Own executive relationships with large life sciences accounts to drive adoption of OpenAI technology. Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles across R&D, medical, regulatory, and commercial teams; design pilots with solutions and research engineering; ensure compliance with privacy and security requirements; manage revenue and pipeline targets; monitor regulatory trends and represent OpenAI at industry events.
