Partners with People Operations, engineering, and people systems teams to improve data quality and reproducibility. Develops research standards and communicates actionable, executive-ready findings on recruiting, organizational health, manager effectiveness, employee experience, and talent outcomes.

Lead and scale an enterprise sales team targeting utilities, oil & gas, renewables, power generation, and energy services. Define GTM and territory strategy, recruit and coach sellers, drive pipeline, forecast accuracy, and close complex, multi-stakeholder platform deals. Partner with product, security, legal, and technical teams to support responsible AI deployments and translate platform capabilities into operational and commercial outcomes.

Lead state and local government and community engagement across California: build bipartisan relationships, monitor policy, support advocacy, develop community and educational partnerships, translate technical issues for stakeholders, prepare briefing materials, plan events and demos, and coordinate cross-functionally to advance OpenAIs policy priorities.

Lead and scale an engineering team owning Premium subscription and monetization experiences (paywalls, checkout, plan management, renewals, cancellations). Drive technical execution, build reliable customer-facing purchase and plan lifecycle flows, partner with Product and Data Science to run experiments, and collaborate with FinEng, Design, Finance, Legal, Support, and Marketing to improve conversion, retention, ARPU, and lifetime value.

Responsibilities include structuring deals with chipmakers and compute providers, building pricing frameworks and business cases, evaluating technical and commercial opportunities, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and creating scalable operating models for infrastructure partnerships.

Manage strategic technology, distribution, service provider, and ecosystem partnerships. Build low-level device runtime software for OpenAI custom AI accelerators. Responsibilities include kernel scheduling, command submission, queueing, device memory management, synchronization, hardware-software interfaces, simulation-based validation, performance tuning, debugging, testing, tracing, and profiling. Collaborate with compiler, kernel, architecture, verification, firmware, and silicon teams to improve accelerator execution and co-design.

Develop software bringup and validation strategies for new AI silicon and integrated systems. Build diagnostics, automation, telemetry, regression infrastructure, and stress tests across compute, memory, interconnect, and I/O subsystems. Lead first-silicon bringup through system integration and model execution, translate specifications into acceptance criteria, debug hardware-software issues, coordinate cross-functional fixes, and improve reusable infrastructure for future platforms.

Develop integrated marketing strategies and campaigns for developers, founders, startups, and engineering teams. Partner with product, marketing, developer relations, creative, media, and agency teams on launches, events, community programs, and startup initiatives. Manage agencies, budgets, media planning, creative development, positioning, storytelling, and channel strategy. Identify customer stories, measure awareness and adoption outcomes, and use campaign insights to improve future work.

Lead government customer enablement and adoption of OpenAI products through onboarding, training, workshops, executive briefings, learning journeys, and deployment programs. Build trusted relationships across government audiences, translate AI capabilities into safe and practical workflows, and drive measurable activation, sustained usage, and mission impact. Develop scalable content, playbooks, communities, and best practices while synthesizing customer feedback and partnering with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and delivery teams.

Lead risk-based audits and advisory reviews of cybersecurity, technology, data, and AI risks; assess controls across cloud, infrastructure, software, and data; develop analytics, automation, and AI-enabled audit capabilities; translate technical findings into business recommendations; advise on governance, model governance, data provenance, privacy, and resilience; build relationships and report to executives and the Board; coach and scale the audit function.
