As an Influencer & Partnership Manager, you will play a key role in expanding XTB’s presence in Hungary by managing and scaling our network of partners — including influencers, YouTubers, publishers, financial educators, and online communities. You will own the full partnership lifecycle: from identifying opportunities and negotiating collaborations to launching campaigns and analysing performance. This role is strategic, creative, and relationship‑driven, with strong cross‑team exposure across local and HQ structures.
Responsibilities:
Manage, grow, and optimise our existing partner portfolio (influencers, YouTubers, websites, financial educators, etc.)
Identify, evaluate, and acquire new partners across online channels and communities
Develop and launch new partnership initiatives, content formats, and performance‑driven campaigns
Conduct market research and monitor trends in online marketing, influencer activity, and financial education
Analyse partner performance, generate insights, and propose actions to improve results
Collaborate closely with marketing, design, legal, compliance, and other XTB branches
Support local and HQ managers with regular reporting, planning, and partnership strategy tasks
Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all partner‑generated content
Act as a senior point of contact for partners, providing guidance, feedback, and long‑term relationship management
Requirements:
- Native‑level Hungarian — this is essential for the role
Experience in partnership, affiliate, or influencer management, ideally within finance, fintech, or online marketing
Strong understanding of digital marketing, online trends, and creative content strategies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
Ability to analyse data, interpret results, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Strong English communication skills
Proactive mindset, reliability, flexibility, and strong organisational skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams
Attention to detail and a structured approach to managing multiple projects
Genuine interest in investing, trading, and financial markets
