What You Will Be Doing
- People Management – Lead and mentor a team of three Influencer Marketing Managers;
- Strategy Building – Develop innovative strategies to grow the influencer marketing channel;
- KPIs & OKRs – Plan and implement quarterly OKRs, broken down by social media platforms (TikTok, Twitch, YouTube) and locales (EN, DE, ES, JP, IT);
- Competitor Analysis – Monitor competitor activities across social media platforms and stay ahead of market trends;
- Data Analysis – Analyze performance data and adjust strategies to drive consistent growth;
- Collaboration with Other Teams – Work closely with content, development, and other marketing teams to align influencer initiatives with overall business goals.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 years of experience in Influencer Marketing;
- Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Looker, and/or Grafana;
- Fluency in both English and Lithuanian (written and spoken);
- Proven people management and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and grow a team;
- Strong eye for detail and accuracy;
- Self-motivated, growth-oriented, and supportive, with a positive attitude.
Bonus Points For

- Familiarity with the gaming industry;
- A personal interest in influencer marketing - whether through following creators on Twitch or YouTube, or keeping up with the latest trends.

Compensation
- The salary range for this position is €3500 – €5000 gross per month, depending on your experience.
