Neo Group is on the lookout for a Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our Digital Marketing Team. We require an Influencer Marketing Specialist to establish and scale partnerships with content creators. This role will ensure effective collaborations that increase brand awareness, support acquisition goals, and retention metrics.

Responsibilities:

• Research, identify, and build relationships with relevant influencers across platforms.
• Negotiate contracts and manage collaborations from briefing to execution.
• Develop influencer campaigns aligned with marketing and product goals.
• Track performance of influencer activations and prepare ROI reports.
• Manage influencer database and maintain strong long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with creative and social teams to align messaging.

• 1–3 years of experience in influencer or affiliate marketing
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Understanding of digital marketing metrics and campaign evaluation.
• Familiarity with influencer platforms and social media trends.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Proficiency in English and Russian, written and verbal; other languages are a plus.
