Location: Remote — Colombia

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive, highly organized, and relationship-driven Influencer Marketing Executive to manage influencer campaigns for international brand clients.

In this role, you'll own campaigns from start to finish, sourcing creators, negotiating partnerships, coordinating content production, managing timelines, and reporting campaign performance. You'll collaborate closely with creators, clients, and internal teams to ensure every campaign is delivered successfully while building long-term relationships that drive exceptional results.

What You'll DoCampaign Strategy & Execution

• Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns from strategy through delivery.

• Develop campaign timelines, objectives, deliverables, and execution plans.

• Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are consistently met.

• Coordinate campaign activities across multiple markets and time zones.

Creator Sourcing & Relationship Management

• Source, evaluate, and onboard creators that align with each client's target audience and campaign objectives.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators and talent representatives.

• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout campaign execution.

• Develop long-term partnerships with creators across multiple platforms.

Negotiation & Campaign Coordination

• Negotiate contracts, campaign deliverables, usage rights, timelines, and compensation with creators.

• Coordinate campaign logistics from briefing through content publication.

• Review and approve influencer content to ensure brand alignment and quality standards.

• Resolve campaign issues proactively while maintaining excellent client and creator relationships.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor campaign performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for optimization.

• Prepare client reports, campaign summaries, and strategic recommendations.

• Present campaign insights that support future marketing initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with strategy, creative, finance, and account management teams.

• Contribute to campaign proposals, client presentations, and pitch materials.

• Support new business opportunities through influencer recommendations and campaign concepts.

Industry Research

• Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.

• Monitor emerging creators across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

• Research new influencer marketing tools, technologies, and industry best practices.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, creator partnerships, or social media marketing.

• Proven experience managing influencer campaigns from planning through execution.

• Experience working with international or multi-market campaigns.

• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

• Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting campaign performance metrics.

• Experience using influencer marketing platforms such as CreatorIQ, GRIN, Aspire, Upfluence, or similar tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Comfortable working across multiple time zones with international clients and creators.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• Experience within fashion, beauty, technology, consumer products (CPG), or lifestyle industries.

• Existing network of influencers, creators, or talent managers.

• Strong understanding of influencer marketing trends and social media best practices.

• Experience contributing to client pitches and campaign proposals.
