- Develop and execute the company’s influencer marketing strategy aligned with growth and brand objectives.
- Identify key creator segments and communities relevant to the target audience.
- Define campaign goals, messaging frameworks, and creator selection criteria.
- Design a clear workflow for influencer outreach, from initial prospecting to candidate conversion, implementing management tools to build message sequences and automate follow-ups.
- Source, evaluate, and recruit influencers across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Build long-term partnerships with creators who authentically resonate with the brand.
- Negotiate contracts, compensation structures, and deliverables.
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns including: creative briefing, content approvals, posting timelines, campaign launches.
- Ensure creators deliver content aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using metrics such as: reach and engagement, customer acquisition, CAC and ROI.
- Develop reporting frameworks to evaluate influencer performance and optimize future campaigns.
- Experiment with different creator tiers (micro, mid-tier, macro).
- Test different formats such as native storytelling, product demonstrations, and community-driven content.
- Identify opportunities to scale top-performing creators into longer-term ambassador programs.
- Partner with Growth teams to align influencer campaigns with acquisition goals.
- Work with Brand and Creative teams to ensure consistent storytelling.
- Coordinate with Legal and Finance for contracts, compliance, and payments
Required
- 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social media marketing.
- Proven track record managing influencer campaigns with measurable performance outcomes.
- Strong understanding of creator ecosystems across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Experience negotiating influencer partnerships and managing campaign budgets.
- Analytical mindset with experience using performance metrics to guide decisions.
- Experience working in consumer technology, fintech, or high-growth startups.
- Familiarity with affiliate tracking, creator attribution, or influencer platforms.
- Experience working with agencies or managing large creator programs.
