The Role

About the Job:

As Influencer Coordinator you will be obsessed with music, pop culture, fashion, technology and the latest social media trends. You’ll help find the perfect creators to collaborate with, activating influencer partnerships, and keeping campaigns running smoothly. You will play a key role in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies, enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and achieve marketing objectives.

A day in the life, what you’ll be doing:

  • Identify and manage the day-to-day relationships with influencers including but not limited to initial outreach, rates, contracts, moderation of posts/ tags and order fulfillment
  • Analyze and report on daily posts including performance
  • Stay up to date on best practices and technology surrounding influencer marketing
  • Strengthen influencer, manager and agent relationships
  • Log influencer list including sizing, addresses, etc.
  • Work with Social team to develop ideas to maximize influencer content and UGC
  • Coordinate gifting collateral (boxes, cards, tissue, etc.)
  • Process all influencer payments through PO system
  • Process Influencer agreements through Infor
  • Create influencer lists for campaigns, events and collection pushes that are on brand and meet KPI’s
  • Ensure seeding lists are approved by appropriate brands as needed
  • Stay up-to-date on competitor’s influencer strategy
  • Attend off-site events (may include nights, evenings and weekends)
  • Support diversity and representation across all influencer relationships

What it takes to Join:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications or a related field
  • 1-2 years of demonstrable experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends and content creation
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and authentic influencer campaigns
  • Excellent negotiation with relationship and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with influencers and internal teams
  • Knowledge of legal and ethical considerations in influencer partnerships
  • Proficiency in using social media analytics tools (like CreatorIQ, Dash Hudson, Sprout Social)

Salary Range: $67,573- $70,500

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that are required by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. 

  • While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to talk or hear. The associate is frequently required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; as well as reach with hands and arms.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
  • Ability to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting.
  • Ability to work on computer and mobile phone for multiple hours; with frequent interruptions.
  • Required to travel in elevator or stairwells to attend meetings and engage with associates on multiple floors throughout building.
  • Hotel, Airplane, and Car Travel may be required.

 

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position. As a National Retailer, occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required during periods of high volume. This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
