Why be an Influencer Manager at THG?

You'll have full responsibility in delivering our paid influencer partnerships across key territories, with a primary focus on the UK and Ireland. You'll have the opportunity to manage a team of influencer marketing specialists. You'll be immersed in the world of influencer, creators and social media, as well as being data-driven and commercially astute, able to drive forward the LOOKFANTASTIC influencer marketing strategy to deliver on both brand and performance goals.


As an Influencer Manager you'll:

  • Develop and lead best-in-class paid influencer activations across key channels, including but not limited to, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snap
  • Day-to-day management of the paid influencer budget, balancing cost-efficiencies with KPIs such as reach/ awareness vs ROI/ COS
  • Oversee the cost pipeline, ensuring spend is updated daily/weekly to reflect activity delivered
  • End-to-end relationship management with influencers, including outreach, negotiation, setting KPIs, and evaluating performance
  • Support the Head of Influencer Marketing with forecasting weekly/monthly budgets and reporting on channel performance
  • Work with the Head of Influencer Marketing to source and execute top-tier talent partnerships and ambassadorships
  • Lead all retainer contracts for LOOKFANTASTIC, including regular review to ensure KPIs are met
  • Work closely with the social (paid & organic) teams to deliver channel-specific talent requirements, including negotiating usage with creators


What Skills & Experience do I need for this role?

  • At least 4 years’ experience in managing influencer campaigns with a wide range of objectives and KPIs
  • Line management experience (Exec/Senior Exec level)
  • Budget management in excess of £1M preferred
  • A genuine passion for influencer and creator marketing
  • An understanding of how influencers and wider community can play a key role in building brand awareness, affinity, content creation and driving commercial value
  • Knowledge of both current and emerging global platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok
  • Knowledge of reporting tools such as Tableau and Google Analytics
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation and organisational skills
  • A proactive self-starter with a problem-solving attitude
