As a Influencer & Creator Specialist you will:
Define talkability strategies for brands, in collaboration with brand and media managers;
Select influencers and creators;
Lead creative briefings for influencers and creators;
Establish and maintain positive relationships with the selected influencers/creators;
Ensure the quality of content to deliver premium executions;
Manage a database of influencers and agencies for future BIC cooperation;
Perform competitive assessments;
Stay on top of influencer trends across all key platforms and key markets;
Build Advocacy CBAs for your managed scope.
Job Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor/Master degree, preferably in Communications, Management, Economics or other similar areas;
Accountable, independent, organized, curious, dedicated individual, with analytical skills.
Intermediate English level or above and proficient Italian.
Software, Equipment and Tools
Required: Meta business manager and Tik Tok business suite;
Preferred: influencer marketing scouting tools.
Work Experience
Similar experience in an Agency or with the client;
Experience in Beauty/Luxury industry is highly appreciated.
