We are seeking an experienced and passionate Influencer and Ambassador Manager to join Study.com’s Growth team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the strategy and growing a multi-million-dollar program to its next phase of growth. This will include engaging current ambassadors/influencer partners and growing their online presence, maximizing the visibility of their content to drive Study.com membership referrals and establish and enhance tactics for new partner growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with the team to identify and recruit emerging and established influencers across various social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Develop and grow strong relationships with ambassadors and influencers understanding their unique brand and goals to foster long-term partnerships
  • Craft individualized development plans for each ambassador/influencer including content and channel strategies that will accelerate their Study.com referrals
  • Conduct keyword and social media research to provide fresh, data-driven ideas for content creation
  • Provide ambassadors and influencers with guidance and support on best practices, content creation, and audience engagement
  • Ensure partner content expresses Study.com brand and accurately positions our products and services
  • Analyze performance data to assess campaign/content success and provide feedback and recommendations to ambassadors and influencers
  • Work closely with legal and finance departments to manage ambassador and influencer contracts, payments, and compliance with industry regulations

What You’ll Bring To The Role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in talent management, affiliate partnerships or a similar role within the influencer marketing industry
  • Goal-oriented mindset excited to grow a multi-million-dollar program
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends
  • Expertise in Excel, pulling data, presenting findings, and making data-driven decisions
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple ambassador partners simultaneously
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills in speaking to partners and internal leadership
  • Creative thinker with the ability to strategize and problem-solve
