Napa Post Acute is seeking an experienced Infection Preventionist (LVN) to lead and manage our infection prevention and control program. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented nurse who is passionate about patient safety, regulatory compliance, and quality care in a skilled nursing setting.

- Active California LVN license (required)
- Experience in infection prevention, skilled nursing, or post-acute care preferred
- Knowledge of infection control standards (CDC, CDPH, CMS)
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and lead initiatives
- Infection Preventionist training or certification (IP, CIC, or willing to obtain)
- Experience in quality improvement or leadership roles
