The Industry Relations Intern will play an important role within the Marketing team, driving collaborative initiatives across internal departments and external bodies. This role involves engaging with banking and other industry associations, academic institutions, regulatory agencies, and governmental entities. You will gain hands-on expertise with essential platforms such as Salesforce, G Suite, Vixio, Klue, and Monday.com to streamline these efforts.

Your Day to Day:

  • Become a power user of Marketing Automation tools like Monday.com and Salesforce.
  • Conduct market research on prospective partners while facilitating internal project coordination.
  • Assist with procurement workflows for industry relations in coordination with finance to maintain budget integrity.
  • Monitor and evaluate initiative outcomes through the creation of automated performance reports.
  • Partner effectively with our regional marketing colleagues.
  • Oversee a comprehensive calendar to log all engagement activities and interaction specifics.

You Have & You Know-how: 

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Marketing experience desirable
  • Process-oriented mindset
  • Ability to learn new platforms and processes quickly
  • Fluency in English, written and verbal.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, time management, and organisational skills
  • Strong collaborative and cross-functional interpersonal skills. 
  • Experience or strong interest in working within a fast-paced startup environment.

Your First 30-Days at Feedzai:

You will be immersed in our brand with training, connections, and one-on-one time with your manager. You may shadow your colleagues virtually or onsite at an office depending on where you work as you are supported through your Feedzai journey. In addition, you will have access to a ton of information to give you history, context, and all the knowledge you can handle about Feedzai and the team. Finally, you will start working on projects and collaborating on work currently being done. We can't wait to have you join the team!
