Your Role & Responsibilities 

As Industry Content & Internal Communications Specialist, you will support the business through internal communications initiatives such as close collaboration with the management team preparing for town halls, organizational announcements and management communications. You will also have a strong connection to Sales where your responsibility will be to shape and develop our external communication strategy for key focus industries including Life Sciences, CPG, Packaging & Printing, and Plastics. In both areas you will ensure consistent, high-impact messaging that enables visibility, engagement, and growth. 

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact. 

The work model for the role is: onsite with 10 home office days a month 

  • Drive internal communication across the division, including townhalls, management updates, organizational announcements, and C-level messaging
  • Contribute to and further develop industry communication activities, ensuring alignment with global Business Area channels and market priorities
  • Act as a trusted partner to leadership, Sales, and Industry Managers, translating complex topics into clear, engaging, and impactful communication
  • Plan and manage communication initiatives and projects end-to-end, supporting change, business priorities, and cross-functional collaboration

What it takes to Run what runs the world 

  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, or a related field  
  • 5 years of experience in communications within an industrial, automation, engineering, or technology-driven environment. 
  • Proficient copywriting and storytelling skills with the ability to transform complex technical topics into engaging, customer-oriented and compelling content across multiple channels. 
  • Solid project management skills with the ability to structure, prioritize, and document communication initiatives from concept to measurable results. 
  • Experience collaborating closely with Sales teams and understanding target groups, customer journeys, and sales enablement needs. 
  • Skilled communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, who builds trust across functions and levels able to engage customers, suppliers, senior leadership, and global teams. 
  • Data-driven mindset with experience working with KPIs and continuously optimizing communication performance. 
  • Proficient communication skills in English and German.

The minimum compensation, in accordance with the electrical and electronics industry collective agreement, is 3,775.27 EUR monthly for a full-time position as of May 2025. But we would be pleased to speak in person about your compensation package in relation to your qualifications and experience!
