JR57432 Industry 4.0 / Business Analyst - Smart MFG & AI (Yield)
As an Industry 4.0 (I4.0) Analyst at Micron Technology, Inc., you will report to the Smart Manufacturing and Artificial Intelligence organization. The team defines, drives and delivers end to end smart manufacturing solution, integrated across functions of the business. The team will look into applying industry-leading the best methodologies in automation, AI and machine learning to enhance Micron’s product development, business and administrative processes across the company.
Job Responsibilities

Work with business users to capture and analyze information related to the adoption of I4.0 for Smart Manufacturing

Identify gaps, weaknesses, and inefficiencies in solution today

Define business solution and propose project for implementation

Lead projects and activities that will require the coordination, support, and management of resources from global teams

Provide expert functional and process guidance on system capabilities
-
Use metrics and performance data to understand opportunities for improvement

Provide domain and system expertise, work with data-scientist to perform data analysis and identify yield opportunity on critical yield ramp challenges.
Main initial focus of this position will be to support Front-end SMAI for HBM3, which includes:

Deployment of existing Front-end smart-manufacturing solutions to HBM3 PWF and assembly

Build integrated Front-end/Back-end smart-manufacturing capabilities (eg. efficiently link yield loss between C2-C4 to FE, PWF and assembly processing)

Coordinate and provide tactical support on current top HBM3 yield issues across front-end, PWF, assembly and test
Requirements
-
Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.

Minimum 3 years' experience in Process Integration Engineering or Process Equipment Engineering department.

Possess strong domain knowledge of fab processes and good understanding of probe and param functions. Experienced in yield improvement activities.

Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills.
-
Experience in leading and managing project. Good program or project management skills.

Excellent in communication, team work, and collaboration with other departments.
