In Ihrer Rolle als Industriemechaniker im Kunststoffzuschnitt (m/w/d) sind Sie für die Herstellung von Bauteilen oder Baugruppen nach Stücklisten und Zeichnungen (z. B. Behälterzuschnitte, Konsolen, Lageraufnahmen) verantwortlich. Sie sollten sich mit verschiedenen Werkstoffen aus verschiedenen Kunststoffen auskennen und sorgfältig arbeiten.
Ihre Verantwortung
- Selbständiges Arbeiten am vollautomatischen Sägezentrum
- Verwalten des Kunststoffplattenlagers inkl. Resteverwaltung und Verantwortung für den Lagerbestand
- Optimierung vorhandener Programme und Schnittpläne
- Bedienen und Einrichten von Fräs-, Hobel und Sägemaschinen
- Bearbeiten von Teilen in der Kunststoffverarbeitung nach Zeichnung und Arbeitsplan
- Verantwortung für die Qualität der gefertigten Teile
- Verantwortung für die Sauberkeit und Ordnung am Arbeitsplatz (5S)
- Regelmäßige Wartung der Maschinen nach Wartungsplan
Ihre Fähigkeiten und Kenntnisse
- Sie sind ausgebildete/r Holzfacharbeiter/in (z. B. Tischler/in oder Schreiner/in) oder ein verwandter Beruf mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung in der Verarbeitung von Kunststoffen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Einzelteilfertigung, Einrichten und Bedienen von Kunststoffbearbeitungsmaschinen
- Sehr gute Materialkenntnisse im Kunststoffsektor
- Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Organisatorische Fähigkeiten und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- PC-Kenntnisse (Microsoft) und Englischkenntnisse
- Bereitschaft zum 2-/3- und vollkontinuierlichen Schichtbetrieb
