We are looking for an innovative Industrial Product Designer (Mid-Senior) who is passionate about creating products that make a real impact. In this role, you will combine creativity with engineering thinking, shaping product concepts, refining user experiences, and driving ideas from sketch to production.

Here’s what you’ll be working on:
Transform product ideas into functional, manufacturable concepts from the first sketch to production-ready CAD.
Iterate designs rapidly using AI-generated concepts, customer feedback, and real market data.
Develop innovative consumer products across multiple categories, working closely with Product Managers.
Create 3D models, renderings, technical drawings, and production documentation.
Balance aesthetics, ergonomics, manufacturability, cost, and user experience in every design decision.
Prototype, test, validate, and continuously improve products before launch.
Help establish and improve our AI-powered product design workflow.
Here’s how you’ll contribute:
3+ years of experience in Industrial Product Design or Product Design.
Strong portfolio demonstrating consumer product development from concept to production.
Excellent CAD skills.
Experience preparing manufacturing drawings and working with production partners.
Understanding of plastics, textiles, foam, metal, silicone or other manufacturing processes.
Ability to sketch ideas quickly and communicate concepts visually.
Experience working with AI design tools a strong advantage.
Curiosity, ownership, and ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
Bonus points if you have:
Experience designing D2C or eCommerce products.
Understanding of packaging design and user unboxing experience.
Basic understanding of engineering principles and product validation.

💵 Salary
From 2600 - 3800 Eur/month Gross (the salary could vary, depending on your individual experience)
