Your responsibilities:
• Active cooperation with the factory management to optimise financial results and achieve business objectives.
• Comprehensive management of financial projects, including control of costs, investments and operational efficiency.
• Supervision of internal control processes (inventory, purchasing, compliance with IFRS 16, balance sheet).
• Initiating and implementing cost-saving programmes in cooperation with the operations department.
• Responsibility for budgeting, forecasting and ongoing cost analysis.
• Creating and implementing long-term financial strategies for the plant.
• Providing analyses to support key strategic decisions.
• Participating in transformation and development projects at the central level, aimed at strengthening financial competence within the organisation.
Our requirements:
• Higher education in finance, economics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in positions directly related to finance in manufacturing companies.
• Experience in managing financial projects.
• Experience in team management will be an advantage.
• Communicative level of English (minimum B2).
• Ability to think strategically and analytically.
• Highly developed interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Proactivity and independence in action.
