BAE systems in Nashua NH is looking for a Semiconductor Operations Industrial Engineer. We are leading a microelectronics revolution and want highly motivated, driven individuals to join our team. Full-Time Salary Range: $97008 - $164914
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

- Capacity modeling of fab tools.
- Training Infrastructure improvements
- 7S support/leadership
- Cycle time reduction
- OEE implementation
- Automating data analysis/visualization
- Operations documentation - creation of an OPS PLAYBOOK.
- Quality/Operations support through minimization of wafer handling and misprocessing events.
- Lot scheduling tools using excel and Python.
- Support the creation of functionally effective dashboards.
- KPI creation for operations floor.
- Support Continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related degree
- 2+ years' experience in the Manufacturing industry in engineering capacity
- Ability to work in clean room environment wearing full smock
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Project management
- SQL
- Tableau
- Python programming language
- Advanced Excel capabilities
