Collaborating closely with our industrial designers you would transform visionary design concepts into intricate 3D surface models, breathing life into some of the industry’s most iconic brands —DEWALT, CRAFTSMAN, STANLEY FATMAX, and BLACK+DECKER. Our work spans an exciting range of product portfolios, from Power Tools to Outdoor and Home Products.
As a vital member of the team, you will collaborate with talented and experienced Industrial Designers, Engineers, and Program Managers. Together, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality 3D CAD models that are essential to new product development. Your daily objective will involve using cutting-edge surfacing tools in CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE to turn innovative concepts into production-ready models.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop adaptable parametric surface models for new products using CATIA.
- Utilize data reuse techniques to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Follow company 3D modeling best practices.
- Use a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system to manage 3D CAD data
- Support multiple projects concurrently.
- Meet product schedule deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent in Industrial Design, Engineering, Product Design, or a related field.
- Proficient in 3D CAD systems, with a focus on surface creation (Preferably CATIA; however, full training will be provided as needed).
- Strong aesthetic sense and ability to translate 2D sketches into 3D models.
- Understanding of manufacturing requirements and design for manufacture, particularly in plastic part design.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong time management skills.
- Ability to work well within a team and manage multiple priorities.

Skills Required
- Degree or equivalent in Industrial Design, Engineering, Product Design, or related field
- Proficient in 3D CAD systems with a focus on surface creation
