Support the Industrial Design team in the concept, development and execution of next generation bicycle components.
Responsibilities
- Assisting and executing the development of projects from concept through production.
- Individual exploration of blue-sky concept-projects.
- Coordinating the use and maintenance of the industrial design shop.
- Creation of a portfolio containing all work completed at SRAM.
Qualifications
- Working towards or completed a BA/BS/BSA in Industrial Design or equivalent.
- Enthusiastic and passionate about design.
- Ability to handle many projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Detail oriented with strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficient knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Ability to work and thrive in a global team environment.
- Good demonstration of skill in the following: Ergonomic Exploration, CAD Modeling, Problem Solving, Model Making, Graphic Development, Material and Processes, and Sketching.
- This internship will occur during summer 2026.
- The compensation range for this role is $17 - $25 per hour based on skills and experience level.
