Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage the ISR (Indirect Sales Reporting) process end-to-end
- Support the business by uploading indirect sales data into the sales reporting system.
- Actively involved in Vistex implementation (Go live, Hypercare & business as usual)
- Calculate Ship Through payments for distributors and review existing calculations.
- Ensure that only the contracted Ship Through rebate amounts are paid.
- Clarify reporting inconsistencies by collaborating with sales representatives and internal sales teams.
- Track data loading and payments in an ISR tracker for clear payment status visibility.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer contacts, pricing, and Ship Through payments to meet audit requirements.
- Communicate effectively with sales, finance, distributors, and end customers (if needed) regarding ISR and Ship Through matters.
- Ensure continuous compliance with the harmonized ISR process.
- Collaborate closely with other relevant departments to streamline processes
