Position Overview
The Full Stack Developer will contribute to building reusable platforms and shared services in support of enterprise applications. The role emphasizes backend engineering using Java, .NET, or Python with strong AWS and CI/CD experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain platform services and APIs.
- Build backend components using Java, .NET, or Python.
- Develop cloud-native applications leveraging AWS services.
- Integrate unit testing, automation, and CI/CD best practices.
- Collaborate with platform architects and other engineers to ensure scalability and resiliency.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong backend development experience in Java, .NET, or Python.
- Hands-on experience with AWS (Lambda, ECS, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, etc.).
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, version control, and DevOps fundamentals.
- Solid grasp of software engineering fundamentals and microservices patterns.
- Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks such as React or Angular, as well as a strong understanding of UX best practices, is highly desirable.
Nice to Have
- Experience with IDP (Intelligent Document Processing) or GenAI document platforms.
- Exposure to OCR, NLP, or machine learning workflows.
- Docker or Kubernetes knowledge.
- Relevant AWS certifications.
- Familiarity with insurance or financial industries
