Job Title:Business Analyst/ Product Analyst - Wealth Management
- Zoho Platform Expertise:
- Proven experience as a Zoho Developer with a strong understanding of Zoho applications suite like CRM,Desk, Zoho Creator and Deluge scripting.
- Hands-on experience developing and customizing Zoho applications to meet complex business requirements and create seamless workflows.
- Proficiency in creating and managing databases within Zoho Creator, including database design, optimization, and data migration.
- Experience in designing and implementing advanced Zoho Creator features such as APIs, custom functions, workflows, and reports.
- Integration and Data Management:
- Ability to integrate Zoho applications with other systems via APIs and web services.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Zoho applications, integrations, and data integrity.
- Knowledge of best practices for security and compliance in Zoho applications, including data protection and user access management.
- Solution Design and Implementation:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope
- Ability to design data and system architecture that meets best practises and business requirements
- Design, test and implement technical solutions to address business challenges, streamline workflows, and optimize operational processes using a combination of off the shelf software, custom applications, and integrations.
- Other responsibilities:
- Ability to provide ongoing technical support and maintenance
- Test and debug Zoho applications to ensure they meet quality and performance standards
- Training end-users on different Zoho applications and functionalities.
- Stay informed about the latest Zoho Creator features, updates, and best practices
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies
- Vendor management - Manage relationship with Zoho as well as its Implementation partners

Qualifications:An ideal candidate would have:
- B.E/B.Tech
- Zoho Creator Certification or other relevant Zoho certifications.
- 4-6 years of experience as Zoho developer (Work experience in Wealth management or capital markets domain is preferred)
- Strong communication & management skills
- Strong documentation skills
- A great attitude and calm demeanor
- Multitasking in a fast paced environment with customer obsessed and solution oriented approach
Skills Required
- 4-6 years of experience as a Zoho developer
- B.E/B.Tech degree
- Zoho Creator Certification or other relevant Zoho certifications
- Proven experience with Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk
- Proficiency in Deluge scripting
- Experience designing and managing databases within Zoho Creator, including data migration
- Experience integrating Zoho applications with other systems via APIs/web services
- Knowledge of security and user access management best practices in Zoho
