Role - UI-UX Designer / Product Designer
Experience - 4 yrs +
Location - Bangalore , Onsite
Responsibilities :
- Drive product and design ideation, planning and prioritization of our different financial products
- Drive user research, create detailed user journeys and take appropriate designdecisions backed by user-behavior and data
- Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing and various Business teams to deliver delightful customer experiences.
- Strategize, develop, and extend the visual design systems and pattern libraries by coming up with new and innovative solutions
- Softwares/ tools we use: Adobe CC, Sketch, Zeplin
- Keep up with the constantly evolving field of design for Al/ML, consistently bringing new ideas to the team.
Requirements :
- At least 4+ years of experience in designing consumer web and mobile application product (consumer FinTech product would be bonus
- A good understanding of Frontend principles
- Keen in applying user research, user-needs validation and usability evaluation.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design and ship new features
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to the team and leadership.
- Detail orientation, execution excellence and entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to grasp the essence of complex design problems and translate them to practical design solutions
- In-depth knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices for web and mobile design.
- Design degrees like Bachelor in Design, Human Factors International or design related field, with an emphasis on user experience, interaction design, or visual design would help.
