Incoming Team - Administration role
Full-Time position in the QA Department Incoming Team GYÖNGYÖS, Heves, Hungary
The next step in P&G’s QA journey is to deliver the Company’s integrated growth strategy and achieve superiority with consumers. More than ever, business growth and efficiency are important also with our suppliers. QA team working on better communication flow between the Site and the external parties to improve their capabilities.
Incoming Administrator:
- Understand specifications of raw materials, Undestand Standard system (Enovia)
- Contribute small projects or parts of big projects relevant for incoming materials, ensure timely execution material inspection plans and certificate of analyses in good quality
- Track complaints accross the Sites and make sure that information arrives to the Supplier
- Knows fundamental processes of material release, new material quality report
- In case of material system failures provide the first level of support, gather data on the floor, troubleshoot and/or understand the issues on the floor
- Collaborate with system owners of the other plants, share and reapply knowledge and solutions
- Train new comers, retrain in case of new versions, updates of standards are coming

Job Qualifications
We are looking for:
- General IT and OT equipment and system knowledge
- Fluency of communication in English and Hungarian (written&spoken)
- Studies: min. technical college/high school
- Leadership skill: Lead projects, programs in multifunctional teams
- Able to work either in a team or alone effectively, with precise, fast, and flexible execution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong priority setting and discipline
- Has a positive attitude towards challenges and changes
- Is flexible and able to work against priorities
- Great ability to work in a team and eagerness to learn
- Excellent communication skills
- MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) at an intermediate level is preferred
- Ideally previous experience of working in an IT or OT support position
- The ideal start of work is as soon as possible
