This role is for a tech-driven revenue assurance
specialist who combines operational expertise (Front Office, F&B,
nightlife/parties) with advanced data analytics, automation, and AI tools to
drive revenue integrity, identify leakages, and enhance profitability.
You will play a key role in transforming income audit
from a control function into a data-driven business partner.
What We’re
Looking For
Experience
- Minimum 2–4
years in Income Audit / Revenue Audit in hospitality
- Strong
exposure to:
- Front
Office operations
- F&B
operations
- Nightlife /
events / party operations (highly preferred)
Technical Skills
- Advanced Excel (mandatory)
- Pivot
tables, Power Query, data modeling
- Strong Power
BI (dashboard & automation)
- Experience
with automation tools is a big advantage
- Familiar
with AI tools for data analysis (practical use preferred, not
theoretical)
- Experience
with Micros POS, PMS systems, SAP and OTA platforms

Key
Responsibilities
1. Revenue Audit & Controls
- Perform
end-to-end audit of revenue streams across:
- Front
Office (room revenue, packages, no-shows, upgrades)
- F&B
outlets (Micros / POS controls, voids, discounts, rebates)
- Nightlife /
Events / Parties (ticketing, table bookings, promoter deals)
- Ensure all
revenues are accurately recorded, billed, and reported
- Identify
revenue leakages and implement preventive controls
- Strengthen
audit SOPs and compliance across departments
2. Data Analytics & Reporting
- Develop
dynamic dashboards using Power BI for:
- Daily
revenue tracking
- Exception
reporting
- Outlet
performance analysis
- Automate
reporting to reduce manual work and increase accuracy
- Provide actionable
insights to operations and leadership
3. Automation & AI Integration
- Design and
implement automation workflows (Excel, Power Query, scripts, etc.)
- Leverage AI
tools for:
- anomaly
detection
- Transaction
Analysis
- predictive
revenue trends
- Reduce
dependency on manual audit processes
4. Operational Partnership
- Work closely
with:
- Front
Office
- F&B
teams
- Nightlife /
Events operations
- Conduct spot
checks, surprise audits, and process reviews
- Support
operations in improving revenue capture and minimizing losses
5. Systems & Process Improvement
- Ensure
proper use and integration of:
- PMS systems
- POS (Micros
or similar,)
- Reservation
platforms (e.g., OTA channels like Booking, Expedia)
- Identify
gaps and recommend system/process improvements
- Lead digital
transformation initiatives within income audit
