Manage end-to-end corporate travel arrangements for executives and stakeholders, including flights, hotels, transfers, itineraries, visa applications, and urgent changes. Coordinate with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, visa providers, and internal teams. Reconcile invoices, manage accruals through SAP Ariba, maintain travel records and reporting, resolve disruptions, and improve travel processes while delivering highly responsive internal customer service.

Creates, curates, and manages social media content for hospitality, dining, and nightlife offerings. Responsibilities include community management, guest and review responses, brand voice consistency, content scheduling, video capture, campaign performance analysis, reporting, competitor research, and collaboration on event concepts. The role requires strong organization, creativity, interpersonal communication, attention to detail, computer literacy, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for live events, DJ performances, residencies, and event series. Manage digital, social, content, PR, and paid media initiatives while coordinating with programming, creative, production, artists, agencies, and external partners. Build event brands, oversee campaign timelines and content calendars, support ticket sales and audience growth, and ensure marketing deliverables align with brand positioning throughout the pre-event, live, and post-event lifecycle.

Manage hotel IT support operations, infrastructure, systems monitoring, service delivery, security practices, asset inventory, vendors, and technology implementations. Lead scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, training, governance, audits, and change management for the IT team. Resolve incidents, optimize applications and business processes, maintain support documentation, and deputize for the Assistant Director of IT while ensuring reliable service for guests and employees.

Develop and execute public relations strategies, campaigns, media relations, press materials, editorial pitches, media visits, events, and crisis communications for FIVE’s global hospitality portfolio. The role builds relationships with journalists, influencers, experts, and thought leaders; monitors campaign results; supports hotel launches; mentors junior team members; and ensures brand consistency across Dubai, Ibiza, Zurich, and New York.

Creates high-end visual assets for social media, online advertising, print, events, and other marketing channels. Develops creative concepts, animations, photo retouching, and brand-compliant designs while collaborating with marketing, public relations, e-commerce, copywriting, photography, and other stakeholders. Manages multiple briefs and deadlines, maintains brand consistency, follows design and digital marketing trends, and delivers polished work aligned with the company’s luxury lifestyle identity.
