Your Role: The Inclusion and Belonging Specialist supports the company’s inclusion, belonging, and community impact programs by coordinating initiatives, events, and resources that promote engagement across teams. This role partners closely with inclusion and community impact team, culture groups, and other departments to design and help ensure smooth execution of programs and activities. The specialist plays a key role in designing through consultation, organizing logistics, maintaining communication tools, and supporting ongoing education and awareness efforts.

Your work:  

  • Support implementation of inclusion, belonging, and community impact initiatives and events.

  • Provide strategic oversight and guidance to culture groups to amplify their impact and advance organizational inclusion, engagement, and community goals.

  • Lead coordination and communication efforts across culture groups, ensuring effective collaboration, alignment, and optimal use of resources.

  • Produce   materials, reports, and presentations related to inclusion and community initiatives. 

  • Maintain program tracking tools and assist with reporting and analysis.

  • Manage logistics for activities, events, and campaigns.

  • Provide administrative and operational support for inclusion-related programs and communications.

  • Partner with team members, executives, and HR colleagues to promote participation and engagement in inclusion programs.

  • Oversee the company’s internal inclusion and community impact sites.

  • Manage and execute recognition programs that celebrate culture group achievements, reinforce company values, and strengthen employee belonging and engagement. 

Required Experience, Education and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Social Sciences, Human Resources, or related field or equivalent experience.

  • 4+ years of successful experience in inclusion and belonging, employee engagement, human resources, project management, program development and/or partnership and relationship management.

  • 4+ years of related work experience (e.g., inclusion programs, HR coordination, community engagement)

  •  Proven ability to manage complex, high-visibility initiatives with cross-functional collaboration.

  •  Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills with a focus on measurable results.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to leadership.

  • Ability to operate with independence and strategic judgment in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Fulfills business needs, which may include investing extra time, helping other teams, etc.

  • Project management – You excel at project management from the large-picture planning to the fine details and have demonstrated experience in taking a concept from idea to execution, working effectively with a diverse set of stakeholders – from corporate executives and culture croup leaders and colleagues. 

  • Relationship management – As an experienced relationship manager, you take a consultative approach to working with partners, with an eye toward finding thoughtful and creative ways for a mutually-beneficial win. You combine passion and strategy to activate change and maximize impact.

  • Innovative – Two ways people describe you are curious and entrepreneurial. You are always looking for the next challenge, get excited by talking to people and building an understanding of their passions and expertise. You’re excited by the challenge of figuring out how you can build programs that inspire a shift in individuals, organizations and systems to make a better world.

  • Data Insights – Proficiency in data analysis and application. You have experience in making meaning out of data and leveraging those insights to assess and improve the effectiveness of programs and initiatives.

  • Actively shapes our company culture (e.g., participating in employee resource groups, volunteering, etc.)

  • Lives into cultural norms (e.g., having cameras on helping on board new team members, building relationships, etc.)

  • Travels as needed for role, including divisional / team meetings and other in-person meetings 

  • Fulfills business needs, which may include investing extra time, helping other teams, etc.
