Incident Manager (temporary position)

We’re looking for a Incident Manager to join us at Telia.

This position is temporary to cover maternity leave.

What you’ll do:

You will be responsible for responding to major network and IT incidents, ensuring swift and effective resolution.

• Respond to incidents during business hours and on-call duty rotations alongside fellow Incident Managers
• Coordinate incident resolution teams, maintain clear and timely communication with stakeholders
• Conduct incident review and implement preventive measures to mitigate incident risks.

You also need:

•  Proven experience in network and IT infrastructure, management, troubleshooting, root cause and risk assessment skills.
•  Strong knowledge and experience working in incident, problem, change management.
• Ability to communicate clearly, collaborate across complex organization, handle escalations.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English.

Monthly salary range for this position – 2800 – 4200 Eur (gross) + annual performance bonuses. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
