You will work closely with colleagues from Sales, Finance, HR, Operations, Marketing, Risk, and Legal, turning business objectives into incentive programs that inspire people to achieve more. Your insights will help leaders make better decisions, balance performance with cost efficiency, and ensure that reward investments create real impact for both our people and our business.

What You'll Be Doing

You will play an important role in shaping how performance is rewarded and recognized across Provident, ensuring our incentive programs remain relevant, motivating, and aligned with business priorities.

Specifically, you will:

• Designing and developing incentive and recognition programs that support our business goals and motivate our teams to succeed

• Partner closely with business leaders to translate commercial priorities into practical and effective incentive and recognition programs.

• Manage the end-to-end governance of incentive initiatives, including maintaining and updating bonus regulations, incentive frameworks, and employee communication materials.

• Prepare, review, and update bonus letters, incentive documentation, and program guidelines, ensuring consistency, transparency, and compliance.

• Coordinate the approval process for new incentive schemes and policy changes, working with senior stakeholders and preparing materials required for leadership and Board decisions.

• Act as a trusted partner for Sales, HR, Finance, Risk, Legal, and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment throughout the design and implementation of incentive programs.

• Monitor the successful implementation of incentive schemes and support stakeholders in understanding program objectives, mechanics, and outcomes.

• Support internal and external audit requirements and ensure all incentive programs operate within company governance and regulatory standards.

• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve employee experience, and increase the effectiveness of reward and recognition initiatives.

This is a 2-year fixed-term role.

Skills Required

  • Experience in incentives, compensation, rewards, financial analysis, HR analytics, or a similar analytical role
  • Ability to work with data and transform numbers into stories, insights, and recommendations
  • Understanding of drivers of business performance and ability to balance commercial objectives with employee engagement
  • Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills with teams such as Sales, Finance, HR, Risk, and Legal
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex concepts simply and engagingly
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and continuously seeks process improvements
  • Ability to support internal and external audit requirements and ensure compliance with governance and regulatory standards
  • Comfort working in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities
