Inbound Sales Manager

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading, coaching, and developing a team of ~10 telesales representatives
   
• Supporting the team in converting inbound leads into paying customers
   
• Defining sales targets and tracking team KPIs and overall performance
   
• Monitoring and improving sales processes through actionable insights
   
• Taking an active role in recruiting and onboarding new telesales talent
   
• Sharing best practices and fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment
   

We’d Love to Meet You If:

• You have a strong background in telesales (this is a must!)
   

• You’ve already led a sales team for at least 2 years
   

• You know what it means to work with ambitious sales goals and consistently hit them
   

• You’re fluent in sales concepts like lead generation, CRM, sales funnels and reporting
   

• You’re comfortable with data, but also a true people person

• The idea of growing a team and mentoring future telesales record-breakers energizes you
