Inside the Role
This position is responsible for supporting daily inbound receiving activities, managing receiving exceptions and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of inbound documentation across the PDC Network. It maintains clean and accurate SAP transactions and partners with site operations, Inventory Control, Accounting, IT, and Corporate teams to resolve issues, streamline workflows, and promote consistent, efficient inbound processes. This role also supports supplier invoicing reconciliation to ensure discrepancies are resolved promptly and payments are processed on time. By bridging system accuracy with operational execution, the role ensures a seamless and reliable inbound workflow that supports the organization's broader goals for inventory accuracy and overall supply chain performance.Posting Information

Position offers a starting salary range of $61,000 - $78,000 USD
Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience

What You Drive at DTNA
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound Processing & Ticket Management
- Process and resolve Receiving RIDB tickets
- Monitor and respond to the Receiving inbox for inbound issues and site questions
Transactional Accuracy
- Perform good receipt cancelations when required and coordinate corrections with PDC teams
- Finalize inbound deliveries to properly close inbound transitions to ensure supplier payment and parts availability
- Generate an inbound deliveries for Inbound Receiving
- Update PDC Purchase Orders to reflect incorrect parts received
Exception Monitoring & Cleanup
- Review and work the Aged MT Report, assisting sites in clearing system errors
- Work through Delivery Note Exceptions, identifying discrepancies and coordinating resolutions
- Research and resolve Quantity Debit Memos, ensuring correct adjustments and documentation
- Generate and distribute the Aged Inbound Report to provide visibility to outstanding inbound items
Network Coordination
- Support PDCs with inbound process questions and ensure consistent execution across locations
- Identify recurring trends and escalate systemic issues to leadership or IT
- Assist with continuous improvement opportunities based off issues identified in the network to reduce recurring errors and enhance efficiency
Knowledge You Should Bring
- Bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years of relevant experience or 6 years of experience in lieu of degree.
- Demonstrated experience supporting internal or external customers by resolving inventory, inbound, or operational issues and ensuring service expectations are met.
- Proficiency in relevant systems, tools, or software (e.g., ERP, Excel, reporting tools)
- Hands‑on experience using SAP or SAP‑integrated inventory and warehouse management systems to execute inbound transactions, manage inventory movements, resolve exceptions, and support reporting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across Operations, Inventory Control, SAP, IT, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Experience analyzing operational and inventory data to identify trends, variances, and exceptions, and using reporting outputs to support decision‑making and compliance.
