We're hiring for self-motivated, results-oriented Inbound Business Development Representatives to join our fast-growing and high-performing sales team. You will be responsible for answering the inbound sales line, calling and emailing prospects that have requested to meet with sales (typically through a Contact Sales Request and Demo Requests from Marketing), as well as answering any chats on our website, and generating well qualified sales opportunities with net-new or existing customers. These leads are extremely important to the company and will require you to be able to respond in real time to their requests. You will develop experience in speaking with C level decision makers, asking probing questions to understand the prospects’ current pains, and educating them on the value of Unanet's solution.  It goes without saying, you will be a key player in the success of our company, and you'll have a passionate, talented, and supportive team behind you.

What You'll Do

  • Generate pipeline through real time reactive Calls, Emails, and LinkedIn messages to prospects asking for time with Sales. 
  • Identify customer needs/requirements and provide detailed qualification notes to your AEs
  • Promote and position the value of Unanet's solution offerings
  • Define and schedule next steps with the customer, typically a discovery call with an Account Executive
  • Seamlessly transfer sales opportunities and qualification notes to a designated Account Executive
  • Research, qualify and track leads and related sales activities in Salesforce and Salesloft.
  • Develop relationships internally and sharpen your sales skill set 
  • Share your knowledge with your fellow Business Development Representatives

Who You Are

  • Ability to learn and understand new products and services quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including by phone and email
  • Organized, self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Collaborative team player that values knowledge sharing
  • Proven ability to overcome objections and forge strong connections

Your Differentiators

  • Previous sales experience
  • Experience utilizing CRM systems, preferably Salesforce

The salary for this opportunity is $44,400-$52,500 per year. You will be eligible for employee equity as well as discretionary bonus compensation, subject to plans that may be in effect from time to time.
