Defines the shared data foundation, target architecture, governance standards, roadmap, and reusable approaches for AI assistants, agents, and workflows. Evaluates platforms and integration options, validates technical solutions, and coordinates IT, Security, Legal, Engineering, business owners, and system specialists. Advises senior leaders, establishes data quality and stewardship requirements, and helps determine when data is ready to support scalable AI initiatives.

Apply customer and market insight, analytics, data-model knowledge, AI-assisted development, and responsible AI practices to build differentiated product capabilities and improve customer outcomes.

Lead business consulting engagements for government contractors, connecting growth strategy, processes, people, data, and technology. Facilitate discovery workshops, define requirements and future states, guide Unanet solution design, manage scope and risks, and deliver multiple projects on time and within budget. Build executive relationships across business functions, support adoption, and contribute to consulting methodologies and delivery standards.

Lead architecture and technical direction for an AI-first SaaS product (Growth Studio). Define scalable services, APIs, data flows, and AI-enabled workflows; guide integrations, run architecture/code reviews and POCs; mentor engineers; produce technical documentation; and partner with product, UX, QA, and ops to deliver reliable, secure, and maintainable platform capabilities for GovCon customers.

Lead end-to-end Unanet SaaS implementations, manage scope/timeline/budget, create project artifacts, communicate with stakeholders, mitigate risks, manage multiple client implementations, drive customer satisfaction, and own change, scope, budget, and forecasting.

Lead end-to-end Unanet ERP implementations for AEC clients: discovery, configuration, data migration, training, testing, go-live, and month-end support. Translate business and accounting requirements into scalable solutions, drive change management and adoption, mentor junior consultants, and use AI tools and automations to improve delivery. Travel up to 30% to support client engagements.
