Key Responsibilities:Manufacture, modify, and repair moulds, dies, jigs, and fixtures according to drawings/specifications.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on tooling to ensure smooth production.
Inspect tools and components to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.
Carry out polishing, fitting, and assembly of mould parts.
Support mould change activities and ensure tools are ready as per production schedule.
Identify and report tooling defects or improvement opportunities.
Maintain proper records of tool maintenance and repair work.
Liaise with production and engineering teams to resolve tooling issues.
Ensure proper handling and storage of tools and equipment.
Follow safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping in the tooling area.
